Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are outside of our control.
Pre-Orders
Some designs may be offered as pre-orders and require additional production time. Estimated dispatch timeframes are listed on each product page (typically 4–6 weeks). Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are ready.
Packaging & Care
Each planter is carefully packed to minimise movement during transit. For peace of mind, spare connectors are included with every order.
Where possible, we repurpose packaging that the components arrive in and choose compostable or recyclable alternatives, including compostable bubble wrap and mailers when available.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the postal carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the postal carrier to investigate and assist wherever possible.
